What this site stores

The project and contact forms store your submitted company, contact details, selected services, description, preferences, consent, source page and timestamps in the site database. Authorized Websys staff use them to review and follow up on technology-service requests.

Access and communication

Staff sign-in uses WordPress session cookies. Anonymous form abuse controls retain a salted network-address hash briefly. This site has no configured email, marketing or payment provider. Visitor statistics and login protection are handled locally as described below; a saved request does not mean an email was delivered.

Browser storage and demonstrations

The browser keeps your language preference. Proposal drafts and fictional demo interactions use session storage in your browser tab. Demo data never enters the Websys sales database. Use sample information only in demonstrations; no private documents are accepted.

Retention and requests

Submitted inquiries remain until an authorized owner deletes them. Hosting is on the owner’s VPS; backup copies are retained for 30 days. The owner still needs to approve the ongoing inquiry-retention policy and provide a verified privacy contact. Do not submit sensitive information.

Visitor statistics

Harvest Insights counts eligible public page views without analytics cookies or external tracking services. It excludes signed-in staff, known bots, and browsers sending Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control. A daily salted hash helps estimate unique visitors; raw IP addresses and browser identifiers are not stored in the analytics tables. Country estimates use a local database. Daily visitor hashes are retained for 3 site-local days and aggregate statistics for 25 months.

Login protection

Harvest Guard records login-security events, including time, attempted username, country estimate and a salted source hash. It does not store passwords or raw IP addresses. Repeated failed logins can trigger temporary blocks. Security records are retained for 30 days. Authorized administrators can review and clear blocks.
